The levels of automation in the metal industry range from simple to complex machine-based solutions for mechanical products. It quickly became clear that a crucial step in the production process was missing\u2014the automation of clamping the workpiece in a manual vise\u2014when our CNC production was to be automated. Prototype.<\/h4>\n

We are specialists in CNC manufacturing and know exactly how mechanics and electronics interact and where automation truly makes sense. Our approach is individual and innovative\u2014and it is in-house. The employees of idee-werk built the first prototype directly in our own production. After extensive testing in our prototype workshop, we were able to further develop the system step by step to series readiness.
